Also, does it make sense to have more than one for example, site1.com has an 800 number, site2.com has a different 800 number or, should all the service sites use the same number?

As for 1 or more numbers, it all depends on how you want to set it up....

We use RingCentral. You could use one 800 number and have different boxes/extensions for each site.

1-800-347-8884 - everything is set up with extentions im 104 lol. Call me Im one of the few in the business that is not scared to talk on the telephone LOL


Im not sure what it cost, but if you have member sites and do your own customer support you need one IMHO.
