Looking for a way for my users

I've been trying for ages to find a service/script that lets users upload pics from their mobile phones to my site.

Can it even be done?

So, in answer to the question "can it be done?" Yes

I don't know any of the particulars on scripts etc. But you might have a look arund there for clues... :okthumb:

I think he is doing it by sending via email.

It would be simple enough to automate out an email reader to grab the pics from the email and put em on the server.

So that is one possibility

What kind of legal issues would a site like that pose?

Is the site owner responsible for things such as 2257, copyrights and wouldn't you need some kind of release from the owners of the pics?
