Yesterday my 11 year old son was surfing the net on his PC which is located no more than 5' from where Im sitting now.

I have it locked up real tight (so I thought) and his monitor faces me so I can keep a good eye on what he's getting upto.

So he's playing all the usual games and surfing when BAM! huge add for viagra and shit! Then BAM porn! after a few seconds of BAM BAM BAM! Im all over it!

His Google search bar is gone along with his MSN search bar only to be replaced with the Elite Search Bar offering online dating, sex sites, casinos and other shit!

I goto the toolbar settings and select remove (pop-ups going off all the time as I do) it gives me the "successful" message, but Im not convinced. Maybe because the fucker is still there, Im not sure!

Anyway long story less long: Even after running all the virus, spyware and adware software I own this bitch is still there! 30 minutes of registry editing later and a few swift kung fu moves and its gone.

My point is: NO NORMAL SURFER COULD EVER REMOVE THIS SHIT!

Well I'm on the damn laptop now as the PC is gone!!!

Did a search on Google for "Elite Search Toolbar" and the number 1 slot was www.nabaza.com/toolbar.htm (I'm not hardlinking it for a good reason)

I thought I was well safe hiding here behind my firewall, antivirus and various other bits of shit. Well I wasn't :(


I'm a little tied up trying to drag some shit off the PC's hard drive before I upgrade my OS :(
