An American goes to Rome desperate to meet the Pope.....
Everyday he runs to the fence as the Papal Procession winds it way through the streets hoping that the Pope will stop and talk to him.
But totally in vain.
Every single day though he notices the Pope goes up to a homeless guy and talks to him , so the seed of a plan is sown.
The next morning the American seeks out the homeless guy and offers him $100 for his clothes thinking that this will dupe the Pope.
So having switched clothes the American waits...well . along comes the Papal procession and the American pushes his way through to the front .
Sure enough!!! the Pope sees him ,` makes eye contact and moves towards the American now dressed as the bum.
When the Pope comes near the American tries to touch him but the Pope pulls away whispering "You filthy fucking bastard, If I've told you once I've told you a hundred times fuck off and have a bath ,you are pissing me off!!"
