Working long hours never seeing the light of day..

Gotta take a break every now and again or its just plain unhealthy , I have done minimal work this weekend.

(having said that , I realise that yesterday "minimal" equated to about 4 hours , and already today its been 3 hours....interesting huh?)

But even on this reduced schedule I feel recharged.

Nick, since working out of an office I haven't even got the internet connected at my house ...

I needed to be FORCED to stay away from ... just stuff. it doesn't matter how much you do during the week, there's always something *more* you can be doing ...

amazingly enough, the world still spins round if I'm not online for 3 days!!!! :yowsa:

That's why I took up running marathons
I replaced regimented surfing everything with regimented 10-20 mile runs.
Work can wait, it'll always be there.

Your life will not however wait for you, grab it by the nuts and squeeze. (hard enough to illicit a grimace, but not hard enough to make you puke)

Moderation in all things.

Grab a bottle of wine, whatever, and hit the beach with your sig other. Unload your baggage, walk home and f*ck like an animal. Dinner will taste beter, you'll go to sleep earlier, and wake up in a better mood.

I'll bet on it.

:bjump:

I learned long ago to moderate project releases. My hair stopped falling out! Penis enlargeent? (thankfully I was blessed) :)

I did my weekly getting out of the house thing
my bowling league, then staying after bowling for $25 a game with some of the other bowlers while taking advantage of $1 beers and a near empty bowling alley...
