Just wondered why we had to rent a hospitality suite for 12 or 24 hours at a time even if we only need it for 3 hours?

Just doent make sense to me

12 hour time slots are used to allow for set-up and clean-up times. Apparently, it's pretty standard.

I realise that leaves a lot of redundant time on your end... Have you considered splitting the difference with another company? Perhaps you could share your time slot with someone else...?

We could definately split the time slot with someone else however... I dont know many companies that would be happy splitting the cost to have between the hours of 6am and 6pm ;)

I am curious though, what happens after 6pm? Presumably everything at the Florida show this year is off-site?

Because we're taking over the whole hotel, there should be more stuff happening ON-site at night. I can't tell you what's happening yet though; it's a little early to know what people are planning... others just aren't as on the ball as you are, darling. ;)
