Its a lovely sunny day up here in Vancouver I have an awesome fresh cup of coffee in front of me and am celebrating a week on my low nicotine routine.

Yug not one day this week have I gone above 8 cigs :)

From 80 a day its a damn good drop.

I thought maybe everyone could do with some cheering up today so , what to do that could amuse everyone...

Post some photos of you doing something funny. We need more photos of you around the place, and idea how difficult it was to try and draw a cariture of you from just one photo of you and a donut? :P

It is a pretty depressing day...

Maybe we should have a day of board silence in memory of CT....

Puts things in perspective... board = silly and not important, a son's life = everything.

morning! today was supposively 75 degrees and sunny here, but i didnt wake up till 6 pm and now it's raining.
