Mobile Phone Billing

I know this is a topic that has been bought up a few times, but I can't find the sites and contacts which i had bookmarked previously due to a hard drive failure (will remember to backup EVERYTHING from now on).

Who can provide mobile billing solutions for not just european markets, but mainly the US market? Or even if it specializes in just the US market. I'm not looking for a turnkey solution where all your content is made available for mobile technologies, im after a billing solution for as many contries as possible, mainly interested in the US and Europe.

Since the other side of the house is a processing company, it will be for clients. :)

I will definately keep you abreast of the situation when they are ready to unveil.
