In fact, no other state is better represented in the Sweet 16 than Wisconsin, which has 22 players spread over three teams' rosters: the Badgers (nine), UW-Milwaukee (12) and Villanova (one). The states with the next highest total of representatives are California and Illinois with 17; North Carolina and Texas with 16; and Michigan with 15.
