I think the national average is about 50/50, but what is it here? and how many divorces?

I'd think alot less last when you're in the smut business. Do share, I may decide to just "date" my girlfriend till im dead.

I wonder if most people who get married these days still even expect to be married "till death do us part".

i think alot of people are like yea we'll have some good years, I can get a kid out of her/him.....we can always get divorced.

So you're betting that you'll be '55' and 'stumble'.

I'd give you 500 -1. now if however you're willing to lower the age and drop the 'stumble' I'd give you at leat 20 -1

Divorced once but it was long before this biz :)

When I started dating again, every time I'd get serious with someone my Dad would say "You know, if you get married again and it doesn't work, then you're looking at marriage number THREE". That sufficiently freaked me out enough not to get married again :P

I don't think there's too many people who don't know who he is. When the shit hit the fan, it was the weekend of IA2000 in NO...and it continued to explode on the Netpond board in the week following.

Not bashing but i take it you have not been around or have not looked around. I think you should have asked the other way around how many are married you will be surprised the amount of happy wifes in this biz :)

happy cause they get money
happy cause hubby has 1 and 1000 ways to fuck
happy cause hubby is with so many beautiful women that won´t fuck him she is not in risk

or just plain and simple happy this is just like any other job the advantage is things are done a bit more relaxed and more fun.

Married once at age 38, marriage lasted 3 years. Divorce was filed for on the exact day we got married but 3 years later
I was in the business, she was in a very limited way (handling customer service for me, no prior experience in adult business)

If you've read my drivel over the years you know she and I stayed in the same house after the divorce for a while so my son would have a nuclear family (separate bedrooms for all 3 of us )

I've never had a successful relationship (none have lasted) but can give you tons of (unwanted in most cases) advice about relationships ah ha ha ha

My favorite being ....
Men marry women hoping they will never change and
Women marry men hoping they will change
Usually both are disappointed

Ever notice how most marriage counselors are either divorced or gay?
Now what the fuck would they know about successful marriages?

and no I've never been to one
