i just talked to my lawer. he told me that you must be aware that the board should belong to us.We sent the payment saturaday and it has been accepted at 7h44 am (new york hour) and he sent us the access.

We are going to start legal proceedings to get back talkyourshit.com
you should suspend all actions and contact the seller to talk about that with him.


But surely if you had spoken to a lawyer you would have been advised that an actual 'contract' holds up more than 'word of mouth' ;)

You would also know that the action you take is against the seller of the domain, not the buyer, if you had spoken to a lawyer of course ;)

Consent is an agreement on the contract object (in this case the site takyourshit.com and the price ($500).

Consent do exist - written and or not - but emails are enough. And that is the point. We got all emails from you, proving your obligation with us. In addition you must know that the paypal invoice asserts contract.

In consequence you must fulfill your part. I give some 24 hours to get the board back before lawsuit against you and BJ entertainement. I prefer to settle this case without lawsuits but the next contact you will receive will be from our legal service.

Okay some how your transaction did not go thru. It was left in pending for a day and now it says reverse. I did not recieve any money from it.

I do have the server info.

Also I did not want you to change the login info to my domain area. What is the login there??


Seems like he tried to scam a couple of people and didnt count on one of us actually being ready to transfer all the data into our name the second we had all the login info LOL
