BTW, what good is an 800 number that is only answered during business hours ?

When you go completely down, we can't get email to you, so it doesn't matter at all if you monitor your email 24/7 or not !

Anyway, if you don't already know you're down, now you do.

Yeah all my stuff is FUCKING DOWN AGAIN!!!

Looks like it is time to go looking for three new servers. Ones with 24/7 tech support.

Cleo,
it could be some CPanel issue..
I know our server went down overnite for 15 mins because of CPanel issues...but Sharky and the team fixed it right up

I don't have CPanel installed on my servers.

It is M3 that is down, not just my servers. This is the second time in less then a month.

Last time we had dozens of membership cancelations and I lost a bunch of my listings.

This sucks…

His voice is still on the 800 number message.

Last I know of, Danny was still there...But, that was a few weeks back...

If I remember right, he was taking a vacation of some sort (might havethat wrong) and I haven't heard or seen him since (Hard to misplace an 8 foottall guy, but it happens I guess)

I have not see Dan around here at all.

I like Dan, I think he isa good guy - but there is NO way I would be staying with him as a hosting company.

I have been with M3 for over 3 years.. There has not been much significant down time for me until the past month or so. This is two times that down time has stretched into the 2 hour mark or so.

Problem is I can't beat the deal as far as the price I am paying and sales volume cannot justify an upgrade at this point :(

But I have started looking...

What worries me most is that the downtimes will move their bigger clients away, which will put them in a more precarious position and start a downward spiral at that point. I like Danny, Travis, Corey and the crew. They usually do a great job for me and I would hate to have them out of the picture...

Hope they can get this shit resolved quick.

Just noticed that the M3 banner just started showing up again which means that something is back up on their end, hopefully they will be back up momentarilly...

Ok, back up... By the logs it looks like they were down from right around 5:00am my time until a few minutes ago. Thats 3 hours plus this time :(
