We want to inform you that this problem occured because we had used Yambo solutions for processing so far as when we started our business we didn`t have our own agreements with banks. And Yambo processed lots of spamers,so it was put down on the spamhaus list. As you can see we were undeservedly added to SH lists, just because we had used Yambo`s hosting and NS-servers. Different actions are taken to solve this problem, shurely you know that this is a very difficult operation,so we`re asking for your advices to solve this problem.

Right, that's the basis of the question... but where Im even more confused, even following Sindorino's explanation, is how they came to the conclusion that letting the world believe they're "the same" as Yambo was a good option....

Sounds simple to me...

1) we set up processor through a third party
2) we didn't know the mess we got ourselves into with 3rd party until after the fact
3) processing at 1) was halted
4) now we want to do it on our own
5) can anyone advise, as we're still interested

Some of the folks that signed up with them on the Pond are saying that they never got set up and it would be severeal weeks before adult was "sorted out".

Ive sent several ICQs as many have to give the benefit of the doubt. But they ahve gone unanswered just as the one gent that wanted to drop by the 7 oaks office on the Pond.

The idea has some creedence.... its seems it lacks integrity though.

Ive asked 2 simple questions which remain unanswered.

1. Will signing up with Merchant Boos cause any trouble with Visa?
2. Is Merchant boss really Yambo reincarnated?
