For a 24 hour rental or a 12 hour rental (6am-6pm) if you only had to use it for 3 hours and, the hours you wanted were after 6pm at night?
Plus you then had to pay an additional $5k on top of the 12 or 24 hour rental cost for beverages?
So your looking at around the $8k-$10k price range for something that can be done off-site for a lot less and, that realistically, will only cost $6k to do based on 'standard' rates for a suite.
As i say, your thoughts on AVNs new business model for sponsored events at the florida show?
Seems like a lot of people would be paying for something they wont actually be using the whole time, much like the 'required' booth if you wanted to hold an event at past shows.
