I have a few questions regarding Merchant Boss i was hoping someone there could answer.

First of all was a question that Joes asked as well, which im curious about:

How fast is the money deposited into our account after you recieve the payment from Visa or your processing bank? so how long in total from the time one of my customers makes a charge until I see the money?


Also, some of my own:

What kind of fee's ARE involved, how much of a percentage do you guys take. I know its free setup, free monthly fees, free support, etc etc.

Also, is there someone on ICQ or MSN who i can talk to?

Sidorinio answered :

The payments are weekly,with a one week delay.So all the money from purchases made from 7th March (monday) till 14th would be transeferred to ya on 17th (Sunday)..And further, money would be transferred to you every tuesday.That`s it.One of important features of MB system is its Banking section,where you can manage your funds and set the payment terms as well.All payments are processed in 24h.

Bout the fees.We take 10% per transaction.And 10% are taken by bank for 180 days (they`ll be given back to you in 180 days).That`s it.

Will a run into any trouble with Visa or CCBill/Epoch by using you for billing?

No,we`ve got good connection with several offshore Banks for processing VISA and MasterCard cc.There are different layouts,we use,for operating both with EU and USA zones.For more detailed info,register and ask support team. :awinky:
