If you had one adult website domain, what would you do to it to get it making money.

I'm not asking this from a newbie 'i-heard-you-can-make-millions-from-porn-on-the-internet' point of view, but more that im interested to hear the path each experienced individual on this board would take?

Of course, I'm also after some insight myself trying to get inspiration for my own sites, and although I realise that some secrets are secrets because they are too good to share, I also feel this might be a good topic for this board which has grown so much lately and has its fair share of new yet slightly experienced webmasters.

Ok..only one domain.

Lets pretend its called "myveryownsexsite.com

I'd create the bollocks low ad index page on the domain links out to other sites and loads of the below mentioned third level domains well SEed and linked out.

I'd make it content rich and well worth bookmarking

I'd have:

Paysite.myveryownsexsite.com - with a great paysite frontend built to a members area..
blogs.myveryownsexsite.com - with a blog concerning everything with atom feed out...
forum.myveryownsexite.com- with an rss feed out.

tgp.myveryownsexsite.com - and have a tgp built there

linklist.myveryownsexsite.com -and have a linklist

I would also build thousands of gateway pages for SEa to eat up.

ahnd theres more......ah well , But then I'm clincally insane...

Yug, I have an easier question to answer ... if can answer this without asking any questions and without needing any further information, i'll give you the secret.

Is that a trick question? Im sure ive heard that one before, the answer being 'as long as twice the distance from one end to the middle' or something like that.

Personally I would say its as long as you want it to be.

I used to agree with without content you got nothing / content is king. Then The Devil made a good point.... you can make a crude one page website that advertises a piece of shit for sale.

If you expose 100's of thousands of people to that webpage....there are those that will buy that piece of shit.

Its very good to have the Devil as your partner some times!
