I thought ev1 had adult, but when I went looking around over there I couldn't find anything that says it does.

edited in: ev1servers http://ev1servers.net/english/faq/index.asp does allow adult, but only on dedicated boxes apparently.. So, she could be legal, but I don't know of a dedicated box that would cut you off for going over the limit, all the ones I know of will just hit you up for overage....
