R-n would in no way be associated with any form of spelling contest as well all know R-n sold his spelling contest arm to a seperate and arms length vehicle some time ago and merely frequents where the spelling contest takes place in order to have coffee sometimes and to meet with the current runners of the contest informally..

but to answer the question...

Yes he could , but he doesn't want to.

I asked a second opinion of the magic 8 ball ( no not that type of 8ball) and it disagreed and said

"it seems decidely so"

It is now in need of repair.
