You had posted on another thread (that has since been closed, [wink]} that you were haveing a problem verifying your bank account with ePassporte.

You stated:

= = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = =
I wish i could get epass to fix the problem ticket(s) i have called cs about

rand if your reading this maybe u can help

4 calls to cs and still no solution

tkt # 23077
= = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = =

After diigging into this, ePassporte found the reason. Their response was:

Both credits were returned "Invalid Acct #".

Thanx rand

very strange as i verifed my routing and acct # with 2 reps there and then with my bank so the numbers are correct

any ideas on how to resolve this?

Thanx

Good quesiton. This response was definitly invlaid account number.

Try again. Make sure you inlcude *only* the ABA and account numbers, and let me know if you can get the credits on your account. If not, I would like to know who your bank is and see if there is a problem with that bank on the ACH network. The US is fairly consistent with banking matters as opposed to the EU and other parts of the workd, but there may still be flukes. We'll take it one step at at a time until we figure it out. I'm with you each step of the way.

If you prefer to contact me direclty, write to me at Rand@ePassporte.com

Try a third rep. I once had two VCRs break on the same day.

Remember to tell your bank when you move.

Or in your case , park your car in a different lot? ;-)))))
