I saw Rand trolling thru here last night. Wonder if he wants to make a direct comment on this here?

My ICQ just lit up with this thread link. A lot of people just got nervous about their processing.

Rand?

Any more details that might make this a little more believeable other than just coming here and tossing it out blindly on your first post here? If some of the people who replied in the thread had started it then it might have at least some credibility to it.

anal gaper = ibill

you guys need to quit the shit talking when

a) you spot an opportunity to disparage your (cough cough) competition

B) you are publically pushed against the wall due to your lack of paying out to most webmasters and you want to distract the negative attention

it is a desperate and very transparent move, i mean, do you think that people will keep quiet about who started the rumor???

Your statement is true.

You have not lost it yet.

But you do in 30 days.

You received 90 day notice from Visa in December.

Is that correct ?

Or will you deny it ?

Again to be redundant!

What are the reasons for the 90 day notice from visa ( if true) if not true then will someone say outloud " NOT TRUE"

as far as this thread, can the thread starter please list the reasons for cancellation that were provided to him/her or was it just a simple "hey pssst come here and believe this?" without any form of proof offered up at all?

I mean this is not something for anyone to take lightly on all fronts ...

a.) if rumors then lets kill the messanger
b.) if true then why let everyone lose their money ( ala Ibill) just to save face? I mean at this point with the denials would that not constitute criminal actions? outright deception?

and if we as a group do not band together to quash inuendo, how many of us will have to suffer from it ?

I mean if this is pure rumor, and Epoch ( via rand here ) or any of their reps come and " as a matter of factly" outright deny this allegation then should we focuse on finding out who the " deepthroat" here is and burn them at the stake ?

and if Epoch is unwilling to come and not just say we did not lose it yet , but that we have never been given a notice from visa, and we are not slated to lose our merchant bank in 30 days, should we dig a little deeper to protect our brethren?

Let's just say that I have it in writing, from 3 different sources, that IBill was the direct source of this rumor.

Once from a former employee, once from a former client, and once from a non-client.

All three of these people received telephone calls from people that either work at IBill right or have had a sufficient stake in things there at one point or another to qualify as coming straight out of Deerfield Beach.

It's no big secret that for the last couple of years there has been no love lost between IBill and Paycom. The extent of the "feud" goes far beyond what most people would imagine, much less believe.

These things are fact. If someone at IBill would like to send me a certified notice of a problem with what I have said, drop me an email and I'll give you an address for service. Just remember that I have no problem backing up my comments since they are in writing. I'm sure the adult community would enjoy the ensuing circus.

OK. Now we know where Deep Throat lives (thank you Kimmy Kim). Let's attach a name or names to that message and send out the firing squad.

FOR THE RECORD:

1) Epoch has not lost its merchant account.
2) Epoch has not received a notice from its banks or anyone else including Visa that anything is changing.
3) Everything in terms of Epoch's operations is status quo.
4) There are no fines, fees, notices, etc.... NONE!

Now somebody please go find the liar who is spreading these rumors and shove his head down his throat?

And Nick, please see your email.

*KK*
02-18-2005, 02:37 PM
At this point I wouldn't call it hidden even. I'm sorry that IBill got themselves into the spot they are in. I have always been supportive of ANY billing company that was legitimately running transactions since I think that the more billers there are, the more safe we are as an industry.

Of course there is also karma, and when I mention that this feud got out of hand on occasion, I guess what comes around goes around.

I'll give CCBill kudos here, the marketing plan has never involved dissing the competition, but providing a product and service and minding their own business.

Well your word is certainly good enough for me , Rand.

This matter as far as I'm concerned is now closed.

We are not responsible for content but in this day and age , with the problems concerning Ibill any suggestion of something like this needs to be brought to the attention of webmasters and brought out to the front so it can be quashed as ably as Epoch/Paycom/Rand have done so.

Hence why we notified our members of this matter.

We shall now send a mail to our members stating that this rumour is unfounded and was nipped in the bud by Rand.

for me it ends now...

Oprano is about business.

And in this case a scurilous rumour was brought out into the open and dealt with.

That is IMHO the only way to deal with such matters.

You heard it here :

There are no problems at Epoch

This matter and the thread , is now closed.
