However I am am curious as to why he says inuendos then is uncapable of ever answearing any of them with any facts?

well to clarify, the questions I am asking come not from the merrits of the case at hand, these questions are from comments that Mr. Nikravesh made on GFY stating he had some dirt on me and alluding that sponsors should not do any business with me due to alleged past discrepancies by me , However he has not stated what those discrepancies were, he has just used inuendo. A seperate issue all together . as this is directed at me directly, and the other situation only pertains to me as a witness stand point not a principle. so the advice not to speak is concerning the matter I am a witness of and not a party to .

I hope this clears things up as to why I am asking this question.

FYI ... I almost went after Mr. Shaw for some of his sniveling sniping on GFY, but didn't think the insinuations he made deserved to be given any more attention; in the swirling toilet that is GFY, they just got ignored.

Indeed it is wise not to ruin any case you may have, by giving any ammunition away, however small. Always record and document everything with time and date stamps, such as threads, icq logs, emails as pdf files as I do. Hindsight is always 20/20 ;)

There may be a lot of people who will give support to other parties alledged accusations, and try to deflect any potential issues at hand, manipulating the conversation away from the initial point. Don't get sucked into that and refrain from personal comments; people will try to bait you and get you to say something you should not, so as to strengthen their case/point of view.
