Fraid so..oh possibly maturity and simply becoming more tolerant.

In the 80s/90s I was a real Thatcherite.

too bad they dont have a question stating that

"standardized testing is inherently biased and easily manipulated by nature"

Strongly Disagree
Disagree
Agree
Stongly Agree

something so general does not serve the individual, as its intended purpose is, to take the individual and put him/her into a demographic rating.

that being said. I took the test once and got

Economic Left/Right: -1.50
Social Libertarian/Authoritarian: -3.33

Took it a second time and got

Economic Left/Right: +1.33
Social Libertarian/Authoritarian: -1.5

I find the questions too ambiguous and easily manipulated.

Its Extreme Terms. standardized profiling tests use them in both ways. people taking the tests often concentrate on the content of the question, rather than the extreme terms being used to shift them in one direction or another.

questions such as

"You cannot be moral without being religious." are stratifying. they serve no purpose but to put you on one side of an issue or another.

Debate and discourse will always win over polling and standardized testing when it comes to accurately assessing a population. be it a grade level or a nation.

heh i think that question is subjective..

if it were "I am always a Nerd" or " I am never a nerd" then it would be useless, as everyone would fall in between in some sort of way, creating a falsehood in a good portion of the answers, accomplishing nothing:)

heh i think that question is subjective..

if it were "I am always a Nerd" or " I am never a nerd" then it would be useless, as everyone would fall in between in some sort of way, creating a falsehood in a good portion of the answers, accomplishing nothing:)
That proves there should be a higher option than "Strongly Agree"

Maybe a "Fuck yeah!"

:)
man i miss football season already:)

You are becoming a commy. When did you move to Canada?
After 4 more years of Bush , you'll all wish you were Canadians!!!!

Power to the people!!!!

;-))

If he attacks Iran next , IMHO a draft will be unavoidable.

And the American people feeling they must support the crazed imperialist GW will forgive him and prolly elect Jeb.

(hmmm you might be right...)
Jeb's an idiot.

makes you wonder what happened when the family tree forked from senior. maybe Barbara's maiden name was also, "Bush"

Wonder where I was that day two years ago? Ah, I think it was Jamaica. Seriously.

Anyhow, took it for the first time just now:

Social Libertarian/Authoritarian: -2.92

Says something about being near Gandhi and PornoDoggy in my test results. :P

It's really amazing. Think how many years some of us have known each other. I've known Slavik since before he could legally drink.
