By the way one of his threats the person spoke with me already and told me the guy is an idiot and that he does no business with him at all

Assuming that all that has been said is true, didn't you know that JoesHO was a loose cannon before you entered into an agreement with him, Jucy? And if you didn't know, why would you agree to go into business with someone you don't know?

I guess that's just me...
If I decide to start a business venture with someone, I make sure I know who they are before I agree. After I agree, it is written in stone.

It's really is kind of a shitty to wait until the announcement to back out. But, that's just my uneducated opinion.
