I had like 3 fedexes come wedesday, that were all put in a bin and thrown away a few minutes later by the multi-purpose-mexican-staff. I thought the companies were just late a day because of the previous holiday or something (kinda a stretch).

Stupid fucks, who the hell qualifies 3 fedex envelopes as junk mail? Now I gotta get them reissued, including a clickcash check, which will probably get taken care of within the next year or two. Grrr!

Oh man, you can't imagine how pissed off I would be. I'm normally a very patient person and have been told I have the patience of a saint but that would set me off in a big way. Just one of those rare types of things that would completely piss me off.

It's stuff like this that made me fire our gardening/pool staff last year. Pool guy couldn't remember to latch the back gate for his life so our dog kept getting out.... kept leaving the pool gate open too so the dog got in there, dug dirt and threw it into the freshly cleaned pool... gardeners were so inept - they got grass in the pool, never latched the gate, always seemed to come and shout in Spanish next to my office window when I was on the phone conducting business - AND yes, they throw everything away. My son caught them nearly throwing out a UPS box that was on the doorstep because they thought it was trash...

It IS true.... you can't find GOOD help anymore!

But now I have teenagers... so they are my landscape/pool crew! lol

:rokk:

Yea, I was steamed for a good 30 minutes or so. I'm still steamed that I have to have clickcash reissue one, I don't do $100,000 + a month with them so I'm in the "get to it when you feel like it" category.

Funny thing is, these guys replace a lightbulb in the stairway...they leave the lightbulb package on the stairs. They were told to gut some old tile from a unused appartment in the basement, so they guttted it and left it on the back stairs. You really gotta give these fuckers checklists

Throw away junkmail
1) Check for packages near by, do not throw them away
2) check for fedexes, important stuff in the magazine bin, do not throw away
3) Aside from the stuff we dont want thrown away, throw away the junk mail, unclaimed newspapers etc. from the bin

Gut some tile from Apt X
1) Go to the appartment X and hack up the tile
2) collect the tile and dispose of it in the dumpster, not on the stairwell.

Just out of idle curiousity, have you ever had any interaction with these people?

They did redo the tile in my kitchen and the counters like 8 months ago, and left a buncha supplies and shit outside my door. My old counters were left in my dining room.

They may be low waged hard workin mexicans, but they are retarted unless you spelllll it out for em. One doesnt even speak any english.

Lol, you have anwsered his question clearly, but not in the way you think...

lol...

Our cleaning people at the office are nice people... from the former USSR I think... The lady(Elana) always give me the nicest smiles. I guess its because I actually ask them how they are doing and chit-chat with them about weather and sport... Our parking garage guy(Peter) is also pretty cool (from middle-east I believe), although he goes a little hard on my shitbox ;)

You have a store nearby that offers private mailboxes? Something like a Mailboxes, Etc (err now UPS Store)?

Solves these problems. They'll also accept packages for you.
