The best way to enter our business is to be born into it. If your father is made and he sponsors you for membership, you're in, although to advance more quickly up the corporate bone heap, or whacking order, you should have an impressive resume or rap sheet of accomplishments prior to. You should at least have a reputation as a hard-ass and stand-up guy on the street or in the joint.
