New site tour, what do you think?

Ok, I have finally redone the tour for extremehole.com how do you like it? do you see any problems, and what can I do to improve it yada yada..

My theory on tours...

Refine the surfer before he gets there.

One page tour. Every part of the tour page "hot" to the join page.

Less clicks the better...if its your traffic.
