For the Record...

The following misbeliefs it seems are rife.

They have been brought up to me numerous times on Phonecalls and in ICQ , and it is at such a level I think it requires addressing officially.

I would like to clarify once and for all the following matters:

1.) Meat and Aga did NOT win a Court Settlement against me to get Netpond back.

They bought it from me.

For Approximately $500,000 Canadian.

2.) Kaiser did not take all Netpond's staff to Adult Netsurprise. Only Kaiser Kath and John Hilton left initially...maybe one or two more.

3.) I only owned 25% of Traffic Inc.

I was not actually invovolved in the day to day running of it.

And a vast percetage of people that ended up owing money were paid either by me personally or my Corp , Whitaker.

They obviously evaluated there chances of winning , and thought the best solution , which I agreed to was a settlement.

I remembr that day vividly , I was wearing a pink hermes tie with blue Virgin Cotton shirt , Armani trouser , tightly pressed of course, and A linen jacket from Gucci.Her full lips , the pink flushed tones on there sun bronzed face and the rise and fall of her breasts..
