Id want to see the books on it.
Are you locked in hosting it where it is?
Whats the chargeback ratio currently on it.
What kind of traffic does it currently get and where from.
Added to what you have would be enough for me to decide if I wanted to get serious or not.

This is an interesting thread. I have been collecting all the information on my Empire, and will be looking to see if there is an interested buyer for the creme. Off the top of my head there is about 10-15 sites that would be worth while to continue operating. These are the ones I wll have up for sale.
If I am not satisfied with offers, I will just milk them and run them into ground.
All options are on the table. I just want to maximize the $$ from my assets.

well the whole reason i wanted to know was im interested in getting my own paysite going and a steadyish income coming in from online other than my current dealings ..
and since i dont have the $$ i need to actually go and get the content shot for my paysite idea .. ( which is good ;) ) ill have to wait and try and invest into other things which will see me getting to that capital level to give it a try
so anything else you would look at when investigation whether or not to buy a paysite
Traffic sources ? would seo matter to you

You'd be amazed at how good you can do out the inside of a paysite with either cheap content , free content and upsells.
Certainly enough to get you off the ground.
I don't care what anyone says too ,a great percentage of a paysites recurs do not visit from one month to the next.
There is no doubt in my mind of that.
ie making the sale is vital.
Keeping them with updated and fresh content sure does help of course. But adding new upsells may well keep them too ;-))
One of the cheapest and easiest to obtain factors of production in this business is content.

yeah i knw what you mean but the site i have in mind to make would be a themed site and would need total custom content .. similar to something like milfhunters they shoot their own shit and the scripts are all including dialogue involving milf hunter just because for their site they need specific custom content
unfortunately lol

Exclusive content converts....
Exclusive niche content converts and retains!
More on that VERY soon.
