Do you know for certain that they did not buy the content through legal venues ? I know that you were selling everything off a while back. Did you sell everything ? If so, did the buyer(s) have the right to do whatever he/she/it wanted with the content ? ie: put it up for sale through a broker or distribute it through a content supplier...

I had a few inquiries, but no one that had the wherewithal to do anything, ( they always wanted to partner up LOL ) I am looking to sell it still but I am not interested in any kind of partnerships I want cold hard cash and as of yet that has not presented itself

I have quit samoking weed, and did not renew my legal card this year, as I really want to get back in top shape, ( I can always go get it again if I wAnt to) but I had to stop smoking weed in order to get in the kind of shape I want so I knew I had to not renew it or I would still smoke all the time.. Well, after looking at that site a bit, it appears that surfers submit the pics. I bet if you emailed them and told them you were the owner and all that, they would pull the pic.

yup, I live in one of ten medical MJ states, I was allowed to posses an ounce on me anytime for the last two yrs, my card just expired on the 9th

Its pretty much "unenforced" is the term I think.

Hell when Chretian was asked whatr the first thing he is gonna do now that he is retired , I believe he said he was gonna light a joint.

I believe there is some talk of decriminalising MJ in Canada.

I may be talking ass however as I don't really keep up on it all.

a lot of states, namely california, arizona, and pacific NW states, count it as a misdemeanor and enforce it lightly, then some states are rough on it, if you are holding an ounce of marijuana, you might as well be dealing crack to kids.

Both actually, I mean you must have a condition, or a doctor to provide documentation of your condition

with that said PMS is a condition
and the vague "chronic pain" ( what a play on words huh chronicLOLOl) is also a condition
along with several others that a simple doctor visit for said condition provides the necassary documentation for
then if that particular doctor will not issue you a wriiten recomendation for the card, there are many that will and specialize in it.

so one must take the documentation from the doctor they visited in the first place for the "condition" documented of course by that doctor, as that was the complaint you informed them of when you went to seee them ( repeatedly if wise)

so now you have the necassary documentation from two doctors as to your condition, the latter one is MJ friendly and believes that MJ will help said condittion...
the state issues you a card based on your proper documentation. :D and the doctors recomendation.

haha all male here bro, I was just giving you some examples of conditions excepted LOL

my condition was chronic pain ( I broke my back in thre places in 92)
I got good documetation and am legally 7% handicapped I qualify for life
but ust chose not to renew for at leasst this year ( i can renew if i really want to anytime )
