Preferably (though not essential) make a folder or real page per category
ie: /affiliate-programs/index.php or /affiliate-programs.php

Not sure what is available off the shelf on that, although I know there are plenty of TGP scripts that you could modify to a link list pretty easy.

If you have a mind to go custom, (best bet imho to get what you really want) then I could have something for you in, um..lets say... two weeks :yowsa:
