Missing Girl in Cali

I hope you don't mind guys, but I'm here to help a friend.

Some of you may know Albion7. His daughter, Courtney, 17, went missing on December 30, 2004 in California.

Due to her age, the California Police are refusing to put out an Amber Alert and are grouping her as a 'runaway'.

This girl has a 3.5 GPA, has a good relationship with her father, and there were no arguments prior to her disappearance.

Unfortunately, her age doesn't go over well with local police, and doesn't have the 'pull' that 'older' folks who go missing have. Basically, the system sucks.

I am here to request any help we can get.

I can only imagine the pain he is going through not knowing where his daughter is.

Albion7 is consulting his lawyer today. The local police refuse to investigate and perceive her as a 'runaway'.

True....but at this point, ANY traffic to the page is something. The more eyes that see the pic the more people who may recognize her if they see her.

Valid point...very valid point.When he comes out with simple bloody things like that I'm reminded why he is my friend :)

ummmmm...my first idea to cause publicity and it WOULD cause publicity is...

Spam the details ?

The mail could explaibn the situation and the fact that the Police are refusing to act.

The media would prolly pick up on it.

Would that be something the parents would be willing to bear?

As is well known I am not in the bulk email game any more..

I value my liberty and fear the might of aol and microsoft.

However I will post a thread on this board and hopefully a mailer may find it in his heart to hit it for them.

AWESOME NEWS!!! Just got this from Albion7:

NEWS!

My daughter is alive! She HAS run away!

Her boyfriend called me just minutes ago, and apparently they had a falling out. Courtney told him that if he did not love her she was going to run away.

I can't post this information on the board, but her boyfriend has caller ID, and Courtney contacted him from Hubbard, Oregon, just hours ago. He was not home at the time, so the message went on his answering machine.

I have called my lawyer with the information, (I did a reverse phone lookup and I have an exact street address), and he's ON IT!

My daughter is alive!

I can't see to type anymore, I'll post with an update as soon as I can.
