Just saw on tv that up to 30% of all fathers unwittingly care for a child that isn't theirs and was sired by someone else.

hmmm I thought my eldest son Abdul Kareem Leroy Winston Atilynx was just well tanned....
hmmmmmmmmmmm ;-))))
Funnily enough I spammed it years ago for a company which my then brother in law owned.
Did crap. Both SE and mail LOL
BTW he said on his testing .... people over 60 yrs old ran a 1 in 4 chance of being only a half sibling , rather than full , under 40 1 in 9 ( he credits the pill , rather than morals) under 30 1 in 7 (increased sluttiness) and he says under 20...its 1in 6 (sluttiness)
;-)))
(btw his company was contracted for dna to the RCMP and also he appeared all over Canadian TV during the OJ trial as "an Expert")

no, and although grammatically correct, the transitive verb "to sire" is usually reserved for animals (non human).
but whatever.
