Businesswise..

I'm enthused for new things.
Owning Oprano with my partner Gonzo is sure gonna be a hell of a ride :)
I intend to relaunch a group of paysites.
I have returned to garnering traffic
I truly believe adult is not dying (for some it will) I think 2005 is going to be a Renaissance in porn.
Some of the new ideas the "Young Lions" are coming up with absolutely boggles the mind of this "sinosaur" but I wanna move along with it.
Hell I had TGPs built yesterday!!!

I think 2005 could be incredible , and for a few , it could be a return to the golden age. :)

And those few....I know this for certain...

I am very thankful for 2004 in the sense that I was able to work a solid year with 2 of the adult industry's pioneers. Serge and Mike broke virgin ground in this industry and believe me it was an education and an honor to be included in on some of the discussions they had.

When I look at 2005 I realize that this is the year to shake everything up.

I get to build upon the knowledge that I gained from Mike and Serge and work with Nick.

Think about it. Nick you all but invented this board game. And now together we are going to reinvent it. This isnt going to be a ride this is going to be an adventure.

What I look forward to the most is work closer and in conjunction with all the members of the family. We are just now working on a new idea that should be fun and help clarify why and how.

2004 was the year of cobranding. Our cobranding and lifetime agreeements with AEBN and Klixxx were and are most fruitful. The newest cobranding effort with the guys from Remote Thumbs on the TGP Hub can and will be helpful for pretty much every member of Oprano.

I look forward to each and every one of you making your voice heard in 2005. We unbanned everyone for several reasons at the first of the month. One of those is that you cant silence those that you dont agree with.

Oprano was founded as a think tank and cannot be fully successful without representation for every angle in this business.

While others are using an alexa hitbot and starting several whore threads to give away a bottle of Korbel repackaged in a Cristal bottle.... Oprano is getting back to business.

We arent known as the most influencial online place for adult webmasters for nothing!

Well, I have several business goals in mind and I hope to further my relationship with many of the real players in this industry ( I appreciate that opportunity immensly)

but on a personal level, I am weighing in at 314 right now, and have a 26% body fat. I plan on getting down to 265 and dropping my BF % to 17 - 18%

I have a strike rate of about 60% win ,so I'm not unhappy.

Razor , we would not have had the orgainisational skills nor the person to front it up.I think RB has worked very hard on it , for him it was a good buy.

Secondly and very importantly at that time everyone was ,hmmmm how can I put this... oh yeah totally off their tits , banjaxed fucked up. ;-)))

At that time in fact I was considered "the lightweight" ;-))

The one I truly TRULY regret is summed up with the words "proxy server" ;-)))

regrets...sure...but overall , it wasn't bad.

I don't count those 2 as mistakes.

I do think however I made and will continue to make mistakes, I just hope I learn from them.

What some main ones I have learned from the last while is:
All finacial controls by an Accounting firm , working hand in hand with a personal banker and a corporate and tax lawyer.
Ancillary staff hired based on there professional ability and the position filled through a B&M agency who has done due dilligence.

I know have that.

there are a couple of hundred more but I'll spare you all.

Oh yes , and on a personal level. Not drinking.
