...Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, Champagne in one hand -strawberries in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming WOO HOO - What a Ride!...
Choosing your own cause of death is what freedom is all about ;-))

Serge that's very true. Now that I'm in my 40's I look back and see what a hell of a ride and for the most part I'm pretty happy with it all. I have few regrets. My friends always said that I had a real zest for living and I guess that's true. I have grown a little more conservative as I grew older and that's mainly because my body hurts more when I fuck off too much.
When I gained weight it bothered me because in the past I modeled and my pictures appeared everywhere. I had a hard time dealing with 40 but then by 44 I settled in and decided that my life now is about me and if someone is going to love me they'll love the 40 pounds to. I'm going to eat, drink, be merry and NOT worry about grey hair. As long as I'm healthy and doing everything I've longed to do I'm content. I use to work for a living and now I'm doing my life's work. It's a very good place to be…. Lol- BUT I did buy myself a bow flex for Xmas.

and you are proud of this? Winston Churchill ran a war pissed as a newt and you can't even run a board? Sad. Bottom line is I would never ever admit to that in public. Or is that part of the 12 steps for wimps?

Yeah, that's not RawAlex.
RawAlex would not attack anyone for saying they were clean and sober for 100 days. He would offer congratulatioons.
Only a total assfuck would attack someone for being proud of a milestone.
