was this just an ashcroft thing, and it will die out like the " bankruptcy reform bill" that has never came to pass, or will it pick up speed again?

does anyone have any up to date info? or are we still in a holding pattern?

The Free Speech Coalition is going up against it. It will probably be mired up in the courts for a while and I highly doubt it will pass with any resemblence to the way it reads now.
