and I must ask, what if he is innocent?

all circumstantial evidence, and a funky court process, leave me to say, I think there should be a public re trial

in fact I think ALL murder trials should be public ( if the death penalty is involved or not)

Actually, you make a good point Joe. Think of this. Look at the HUGE pile of evidence they had on OJ. Blood in the vehicle, foot prints, etc., etc...and he goes free.

And most of the evidence in the Peterson case was pretty circumstantial. Of course you're going to find her hair in his boat. She's his wife.
