WMP10 Help

im trying to test some movies from a site but every time i play the movie i get this error

i am using WMP10...whats odd is that when played at my office movies pay just fine but i am using WMP9 there...

Any help???

Have you clicked on the 'More Information' button?

Potentially you may be lacking a codec on your machine, try looking for a free program called gspot on google. That will identify all the audio/video codecs used within that file.

lol...not stupid at all...but yes i have clicked the more info button and tells me to change some network settings but that doesnt help either
