meat, we changed out some software on 1 of our routers, the total downtime for those effected were 3 minutes and 45 seconds. Was hoping to do it under a minute but had to another reboot. Didnt effect all, but did some. I'm sorry for this 4 minute down time. One thing you have to remember this is a network, the whole internet in a large netork and all networks have hiccups.......ANY host that says otherwise are lieing!

We've got 9 years of hosting experince here and we're ALWAYS working to make it better, everynow and again, there's growing pains or just working pains to deal with.

again, sorry for the small delay and everything is looking great now.
