You might recall that CJ and I did our very first radio show with these guys as our guests. They were unable to answer several of our questions.... but I figured time will tell... it has.

This was just posted on Ammasters

I have been doing business with Solar billing for the past 5 months. I requested a check on November 16, 2004. The check didnt arrive. I spoke with Ryan 3 times concerning this check last week. Today, I call him to tell him that the check STILL has not arrived and he gives me this crock of shit that the banks have pulled his account and that he is OUT OF BUSINESS and there will be NO payments made. Why didnt he tell me this so-called information the other three times I called??? His response "He doesnt have control over it any more"

I also called to tell him I would be sending this information out to every webmaster board I belong to- his response "OK" So heres your word of WARNING - DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS THEIVING CROOK!

Has anybody else had dealings with this Ryan?? If so, please contact me at goddessexxotica@aol.com as I am taking all the information I gather about this company to the States Attorneys Office.

I am SICK to DEATH of these theives stealing my money. First Probilling, then Nexus, Now Solarbilling - WTF is going on!

Then another user 'DJ' posts

Does anyone know what is happening with Solar Billing?
They said their 'Banking Gateway' was down for a week in the middle of November, nobody was able to fund their SB account or sign-up to my site.
I am still waiting for a payout from 16th November, I have sent 6 emails to them, left voice messages, and still no response.
Has anyone who uses them actually had any mony from them in the last 3 weeks?
It would be nice to know what is going on!

another update...
*****
When I first made my post about SolarBilling, I TOLD Ryan that I would be doing so...he only responded "OK" - so he left me no choice but to do so. Im tired of being taken advantage of by these so called payment processors.

NOW, four hours later he has suddenly come up with the funds to make my payout and wanted to know what I would be doing about all my posts. I should be receiving a check by the end of the week and Ill let everyone know if and when that happens.

Stay Tuned

When someone claim that they can not be touched by the powers of visa and mastercard, then run away - and do not look back.

(suggestion to new board owners - a "2 cent" smiley and a "1 million dollar/euro" smiley - so you can choose whatever value you think the advice is worth :-)))

Wow, what's amazing is someone actually tried them when it was obvious to anyone who gave it a second look the program had more holes in it than swiss cheese...

When I read what was posted after the first show I almost suggested a pool for when this would happen...

With the way billing has been going lately, i'm surprised people are using anything other than ccbill or epoch for 3rd party credit card billing.

Forget who it was, but I got a press release (or was it spam, forget now) about yet another new billing site / payment system today ... clicked the link, took a look. I can't figure out if they got the worse free site template on the web or just had the site and logo made by an 8 year old. Whatever it was, I deleted the email quickly. Absolutely amazing, how someone can possibly throw up a payment system with a site with zero information, a total of three mostly-empty pages, no FAQ, not a thing on the site looking vaguely professional at all.

Ah, didn't delete the email trash yet. Take a look. http://www.billwide.net Now, doesn't that just make you want to run and join up? Doesn't that make you feel totally secure with your money? (Yeah, right!)

hehe Good one, Wig!

Hmm, cybertokens or e-tokens? Either way, micro is the way to go!

Thanks guys!

Cyber Tokens (http://www.cybertokens.com) has a unique place as a payment option. It's mostly a large billing AVS of sorts for pay sites. We are growing our User base, so we are excited.

Drav, Cyber Tokens is micro-payment capable. Like the rest of the CT control panel, it is surfer friendly. The trouble is getting merchants excited about it.

Luckily for WTS, we have a bunch of merchants that we were able to integrate automatically and they get free traffic and exposure from the search function.

If we can manage to get a significant number of Users, we will have some game. ;-))

Wig, personally, I think you should hit mainstream up with it, especially if adult isn't giving it the full run it deserves. Recipes, e-books, ringtones, legal MP3s ... lots of mainstream content would work sweetly with micro, IMHO.

Our idea is to use adult to hammer out the details and then attack the gaming market (read video games).

There is a big market for a bank based token system and the volume through repeat business is there which is key.

I like your ideas, though. :D
