RT is an easy set up.... Just define the templates, pick the sponsors....

Then on your server include the resulting page in a .shtml page and you are up and running...

Not sure how hard COMUS is to set up, so I can't really compare but I had RT set up and working in about 20 minutes... I had 20 niche specific TGP pages up and running off of RT in about a day, day and a half (that is including Q & A time with Joesho, Inabon and Boldy)

Pretty painless set up.
