Looks like Condoleezza Rice will be the next Secretary of State.

I saw this. I am not sure sure if this is a good decision. It is difficult to go from NSA to State Department. Condi is a smart capable woman.... Hopefully she does well. The beauracracy at the State Department will be very difficult to overcome....

She is not as spectacularly lacking in qualifications as his nominee for AG, and not as likely to generate the fire that Paul Wolfowitz would have - but still in all, a mediocre choice.
