Scott Peterson convicted of 1st degree for Lacy, 2nd degree for the baby (seems odd to me, but hey, I don't live in California) and of special circumstances.

Should he die?

Of course, it will take 8 years or some shit...

If only he had the good sense to murder his wife and unborn son somewhere tolerant...like Canada...
