and if you really believe it,
you should have your head examined!

The father of the modern terrorism is dead....The world would be a better place if he was never born.

damn! I had exactly the SAME aspiration!

Mike,
c'mon,
do you still like CONSISTENCY?

Neither you nor your guru Churchill were consistent....

It is impossible to be consistent over life on every issue.... people learn, facts and sistuations change.

Churchill is not a guru of mine, but I do admire him and think he was great PM of 20th Century..... I think Thatcher is #2.

Mike....Churchill was great BECAUSE he was NOT consistant!

The BIGGEST anti-communist Churchill worked with Stalin to defeat Hitler....and this si why we admire him for-
his mind flexibility!

Flexible mind was being a realist. How much did Churchill let Stalin bleed before opening up second front? The enemy of your enemy can be your friend - at least temporarily.

I beleive Churchill tried to save Eastern Europe from communism while FDR was willing to give away eastern europe....

Arafat is proof that life is like no limit hold'em: If you stick with a bad hand long enough, someone will take all your chips.

Palestinians should of and could have settled their dispute any number of times in the last 20 year, and ended up with more than they have now. Yassar overplayed his hand, long after everyone at the table knew exactly what he had, and "his people" have ended up with very little.

They should celebrate his passing, because it brings them closer to actually getting SOMETHING rather that nothing.
