Another Question

Speaking of media bias, here’s a question you won’t hear in our big papers or on network TV: Does Yasser Arafat have AIDS?

We know he has a blood disease that is depressing his immune system. We know that he has suddenly dropped considerable weight – possibly as much as 1/3 of all his body weight. We know that he is suffering intermittent mental dysfunction. What does this sound like?

Former Romanian intelligence chief Ion Pacepa tells in his very interesting memoirs that the Ceaucescu regime taped Arafat’s orgies with his body guards. If true, Arafat would a great deal to conceal from his people and his murderously anti-homosexual supporters in the Islamic world.

Before airlifting Arafat to Paris, French Foreign Minister Michel Barnier promised to “stand by” him. Was that why Arafat chose to be treated in France rather in any of the fraternal Arab countries that supposedly support his movement – because he could trust the French to protect his intimate secrets?

Other reports are coming in that he is still alive.

Serge, I bet the Palistinians learned from the Russian's, keeping leaders "alive" for weeks while a replacement is found.

Serge only innocent life is sacred for Republicans.

Serge, I am pro-abortion - infact, I think the problem with abortion is same as death penalty - NOT ENOUGH EFFECTIVE USE!!!

Arafat is a terrorist, he should have been killed in the 50s.

Since Bush refuses to recognize Arafat the past 4 years, you must have jumped on his bandwagon. You start your candle lit vigil yet?

Good news if his demise is coming soon guys.

Time for the 2 state solution I suppose.

2 things President Clinton really regrets that he couldn't get done.

1. Peace between Israel and Palestine.

2. Should of gone into Rwanda (I think that was the country?? )

I am just against gov't taking MY tax money to pay for other peoples abortions, stem-cell research, etc.... Actually I am against gov't taking my money for paying for most of the crap it does.

I am the most consistent person you know, my decisions are based on guidelines of my strong beleifs. You Serge, change your opinion as often as you get an errection.

Mike, one of the easiest ways to get people to line up behind a politician is to say "I am against giving money for XXXXXXX" where XXXXXXX is whatever thing is bad.

The US government doesn't spend very much money on abortions now, most people pay to go to private clinics.

It's no different from the "have you stopped beating your wife yet?" question. There are few answers that can't be construed badly. Or like takign a product and slapping a "contains no arsenic or poisons" in big letters on the box. That makes you THINK all the others have poison in them.

It's okay, it's just another wonderful part of the politics of grey zone deceptions.

Alex

yeah,
you are very consistant,
you haven't changed your position since you became 5 years old.
Time to grow up, Mike.....

As for changing opinions,
you are too young to remember the last elections,
when Bush changed his position after his polls numbers plummeted and he was confrontated with "flip-flopping"-
his answer was:
Yes, I did change the position-
it's called LEARNING"!

...and if you have time-
you can find your OWN quote of his saying here on Oprano.

It's a pity,
you are so young "wet behind the ears" and need ginko biloba already

I personally am glad he is gone. It is time for the Palestinians to move on. They are like the Americans at the moment. They lack diplomatic skills and intelligent leadership. Without these two attributes, a nation has no chance of success. Arafat should have retired after he won the Nobel peace prize. He was long past his sell by date. If the Israeli's want to take advantage of this opportunity to try and forge a lasting peace, I hope they will have the class to let him be buried in Jerusalem.

Mike,

the government doesnot pay for ANY abortions, it just does not deny the right of the woman to have one. Most "free" terminations are done by doctors through privately funded clinics. The average termination costs 300-400 Dollars.

not even under medicaid. one of the reasons we have a poor population crisis

sounds to me like about 300 different illnesses ranging from aids to lymphoma, to a variety of tumors and cancers.

Does this mean he wont be on EA sports "Terrorism 2005"

this is almost as bad as when Madden lost Christian Okoye "the Nigerian Nightmare"

As for him being ill, i noticed his numbers were down from last year. Last year, if it was 3rd and 5, and you needed some trickery, like say a suicide bombing/meeting at camp david flea flicker, you just couldn't count on him getting it done without getting hit for a loss

what is there to be proud of in being closed to other people's views & new ideas? and claiming victory cause some d u d e you consider evil is dead/going to die cause he's old?
