Unfortunately no... The league (NHL) and the player's association (NHLPA) haven't met for meetings since September 9th.

The funny thing is, many of the teams are losing less money because of the strike. I read on http://www.nhlcba.com/ today that the Carolina Hurricanes are projecting a loss of 7.5 million if no games are played this year. During last year's regular season, the same team lost 22 million.

Something needs fixing for sure. As much as it sucks to be without hockey, I support the league in it's efforts to heal itself, and ALL of the teams.
