My moms records have been sitting in my garage for about 5 years and Ive decided its time to sell. There are approx. 10 egg crates of them from the 60's-80's mostly classic rock but also blues, jazz, country, etc

I don't know how to price them, is there a blue book for records? Should I sell them in bulk or individually on ebay or something?

Look and see what they're going for on Ebay. If the ones you have aren't listed, try Googling the title and something usually comes up.

or check if there is a used record store in your city
most cities have them.
stop by with a crate or 2 and let em price things for you. If they'll like em they'll offer to buy some or all from you and that should give you an idea of how much they're worth.

Slav, not a huge market here for vinyl like in SF or a bigger city unfortunately.

I have to ditto what Peaches suggested ... see what comparable items are doing at eBay and then put them up for auction would probably be best.

If you find some "gems" take those out, put them up for auction singularly, and then the rest in either several or one large collection.

maybe try selling them as packages on Ebay..make a package of 5-10 records and sell them each individually

Exactly what I was going to suggest.
