Todd's guys have been pretty good with board skinning. It's not an easy task done affordably.

We have done several skins, but it's not business I am hunting down. lol.

We have done a couple of skins in the past. Mabey check us out or someone who does phpbb skins all the time. I think the phpbb site has a forum with designers.

When we were investigating designers, we went to the different forums for designers, we tried to find a few. They were VERY unreliable.

That is why we turned to Todd. If the design is complex, and needs to be done in a timely fashion WebInc is the way to go.
