View Full Version : Comments on the Canon Optura 10 miniDV cam?

I've read somewhere that they're very noisy, that the camera noise can be heard in the integrated mic.

I also read that the image quality is very good, for a camera of that price.

I'll be paying about 370 USD for one, brand new in the store.

It that worth it?

I don't know the model number, but Sony is coming out with an HD DV camera. It should be released to public in Novemeber. It will be about $5k
