I will be able to help setting up Canadian based companies for you all to be able to be in the porn business... Ashcroft will run wild on your asses in a second term. 2257 rules coming up! :-)
Alex
2 weeks is still a long time in politics - things can change in 1 day. Also not to forget what happened in Spain - the closer we get to the day, the more likely some terrorist fucker will crawl out of his/her hole, and try to mess with the election :(

Alex, how does it feel to be a fear monger??? Does it help you sleep better at night?
I read somewhere that Ashcroft is not planning on serving another term.... It was in one of the major news websites.
Maybe we can get Janet Reno back so she can torch more kids....
Personally I like Ashcroft, I think he is a little kooky, but has done a good job....
I have yet to see one federal case against porn in 4 years.
If Bush wins, I know someone who has a zip code list you may want!

I read a story at Reuters that said that same thing.
Mark my words. If Bush is re-elected, Alex will one day say that Ashcroft departed so Bush can replace him with an even more zealous anti-porn conservative crusader .. only now he can't say it cuz I did first.

The classic political board ...burn...lets go through this play by play , folks...
Alex, how does it feel to be a fear monger???
Notice the immediate "upping of the ante" exagerration and the accusation accompanying it , a classic play
Does it help you sleep better at night?
A direct insult at his fear factor / man hood , perfect!!!
I read somewhere that Ashcroft is not planning on serving another term....
As he gives the reader hope we understand we are dealing with a master....
It was in one of the major news websites.
A perfect "slip in" giving his post substance even if unsubstantiated....brilliant
Maybe we can get Janet Reno back so she can torch more kids....
The old "Stalin was wayyy worse" spin...
Personally I like Ashcroft, I think he is a little kooky,
Give a little ground , let them think you are fair and unbiased , very similar to the famed "Yeah , but Hiltler got the trains on time" play
but has done a good job....
another slip in....
I have yet to see one federal case against porn in 4 years.
The "Relax everyone" play , made famous by Ibill's cmi page...
If Bush wins, I know someone who has a zip code list you may want!
Finally crush your opponent and get the crowd on yr side by bringing in a lesbian nun.
Well we have seen a master at work , explopiting the skills he has learned over 8 yrs of board wars....a priviledge to watch...
Now back to the studio for some more live action...
;-)))

Nick, only problem: When the play is that transparent, smart people know they are being played and don't move for the head fake.
I still think Sykkboy would be a good replacement.

Yeah smart people know they are being played. Almost 4 years without Ashcroft going after porn people.
I have no doubt in my mind that Ashcroft would love to shut down all porn, however he understands the law, and does what President tells him to. There are much more important issues for DoJ to worry about then porn. Plus the Genie is out of the bottle, nothing Ashcroft can do about that - other then waste tax payer money making a few people miserable.

Weeks ago Newsweek hinted that Juliani is slated to be Asswipe's replacement.
If that were confirmed, I might even vote for Bush.
I like Rudy
1. He is a Yankee Fan
2. When he cleaned up NY he set up "zones" for Adult business, he did not want to throw every pornographer behind bars.
3. He has demonstrated GREAT leadership in times of crisis
It also puts him in Washington for 4 years before he would go head to head with Hillary for 2008

I am a big fan of Guliani!
He has a good track record, and I think he would be a great candidate in 2008!

Mike, you don't think he went after porn? You think Ashcroft "understands the law" - damn, take a look at the Patriot act, the attempts to re-write 2257 laws using an end run the courts already shut down 5+ years ago, challenging COPA, yadda yadda...
If he stays for term 2, he will come out swinging. The suspect the 2257 rules are sitting on the back burner until November 3rd.... then look out.

Come now Alex - what admin wrote and supported COPA originally?
What Administration killed MaxCash?
Trying to blame Patriot act for everything is weak. I don't remember any porn people being busted on that. You may also remember the Patriot act was supported overwhelmingly by BOTH parties.
The reality is BOTH Republican and Democrats would hurt this industry if they could score political points. To think otherwise is naive.

Mike, what administation keeps going back to the courts to try to get things that were refused already turned into law? What administation is trying to sidestep the law making process by writing "administrative" changes to 2257 that have been already blocked by the courts in the past?
Who covered up lady justice?
Voting for Ashcroft is not a wise choice for a pornographer.

Going on 4 years, track record shows NO Federal Obscenity cases....
2257 is poorly written and will not hold up on court. Though I have no problem with the Feds making it mroe difficul to be a porn slinger.
Neither Bush or Kerry are good for pornographers. I did not know Ashcroft was running for office....
Please remember Alex
If Ashcroft doesn't have a job here in the USA ....
..... he might try to find work in Canada
