This was the year, until Brody Croyle went down.

Also remember, Alabama had the death penalty for what, 3 years? who wants to go to a school that cant be ranked or go to a bowl game.

2 more years. medical redshirt of croyle, good recruiting.

Reminds me of the Soviet "5 year plans". Even the Tampa Bay Buccaneers made the playoffs in their 5 th year as a team and they started 0-26.

anyone around here play QB :)

Brodie going down hurts more than anyone can imagine. We're SO young and we needed his(junior)expreince. The D is outstanding, just have to get one of these QB up and playing like their surposed to. Good thing is we're so young and if CS can back up last year recruting with another solid year(we're got several top propects now) then we should be on the right track. That said, it was painfull to sit in the stands sat night and watch. :(

Bamanation has been put though hell the last few years and we'll recover and will again be where we surposed to be. We have too much talent coming here not too.

ROLL TIDE! :rokk:

indeed, croyle being out for the season was a knocout punch, esp in the SEC.

Bamas defense and special teams reminds me of virginia tech in better years, or Florida State this year. Lost of fast, hard hitters who swarm to the ball.

too much good offense in the SEC this year for Bama to hope for a winning record in the conference
